Shipping & Returns
We strive to ship all orders within two (2) business days of receipt. We are currently using FedEx, UPS and USPS. Customers orders shipped with a tracking number will receive an email with the tracking number included. If an order cannot be filled within the time frame of two business days, an email or phone call will advise you as to when the product(s) will ship. If there is a delay, you have the option of canceling your order and receiving a refund or allowing us to fulfill your order as soon as we are able.
Products marked as 'free shipping' are limited to Continental USA addresses ONLY.
Return / Refund Policy:
As a micro company it takes time and valuable resources to process a returned item. Products are subject to a 25% restocking fee and must be in 'like new' resale condition to help offset this expense. You must submit an email request to return an item so we can anticipate its return.
We will generate the Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 1-3 days. The RAN must be placed on the shipping label on the outside of the box or shipping container. Items returned without an RAN or not considered in 'like new' resale condition will be disposed of and no refund will be issued.
We do not refund fees charged by credit card processors for processing the financial transaction.
All products have a shipping fee associated with them. This shipping fee is included even in those products labeled as 'Free Shipping'. In many cases the software used cannot calculate shipping correctly so we have included it in the total price you see in the shopping cart. As we all know the Post Office does not deliver for free. We will deduct the cost of from all returns processed.
